Road Legal in the UK
Your scooter should come with its own Certificate of Conformity which proves it conforms to European Type Approval standards.

License Requirements
If you passed your driving test before Feb 2001, then no further testing required.
If you passed your test after Feb 2001 or don't have a driving license then CBT (compulsory bike training) is required. CBT website
CBT can be completed in one day and costs around £100. Google CBT and your location to find test centres in your area.
Road Tax
You DO need to display a tax disc on your electric scooter but because its 100% electric the tax disc is FREE!!
Breakdown Cover
