On-site garage and repairs;

As part of Zippe Scooters we opened our own on site garage and electric scooter service centre in Cheshire.

Not only do we stock a full range of spare parts for your Zippe electric scooter, we can also carry out all repairs at our on site garage.

In addition we offer a 'collect and deliver' service and can organise your MOT and yearly service for you.

Pre Delivery Inspection check

Before we deliver your new Zippe electric scooter it goes through a thorough pre-delivery Inspection.

Our technicians will check batteries, brakes, tyre pressure, lights etc to make sure your scooter performs correctly.

Ask other retailers if they offer this same service. Many simply ship your electric scooter to you by courier using the same crate it came in, without unpacking and checking it first.

Repairs for other models;

Didn't buy your electric scooter from us? You're forgiven! If your electric scooter breaks down or you're struggling to purchase spare parts, contact us. We can collect your scooter, diagnose the fault, quote you a price for repair and re-deliver your electric scooter fixed and ready to go.

We can also provide MOTs and servicing for all makes of electric scooter, whether you purchased from us or elsewhere.

We stock a range of spare parts which we can post direct or fit for you.

Electric Scooter Spare Parts;

Tyres and light bulbs in the Zippe are standard sizes and therefore something you can purchase from your local auto parts retailer. If you have any difficulties purchasing spares or you would prefer to order direct from us, just contact us for information and prices.

We also provide a full range of spare parts - from batteries, voltage controllers and motors to wing mirrors and body panels. These can be fitted for you or sent to you direct by post.

Warranty?

Your new Zippe electric scooter comes with a twelve month parts warranty which excludes expendable parts (tyres, brake pads/shoes and bulbs), it also excludes accidental damage. The battery and charger are covered by a six month manufacturers warranty.

Should you experience any problems with your electric scooter, please contact us immediately.

If you require a part we keep most spares in stock and can arrange delivery on next day delivery.

Should you experinece problems with your Zippe electric scooter we will ask you to organise repair locally which we will cover if the fault appears to be on a major part covered by our warranty.

Should you experience problems organising local repairs we will bring your Zippe electric scooter back to our garage for repair and return it to you as soon as possible. Please note that collection and re-delivery costs us £200 a time. If the fault turns out to be due to user error or accidental damage this is a cost we will pass back on to you.
