From the moment you purchase you will be kept up to date on the registration process, whether that's a text to let you know your documents have reached us or a call from one of our friendly staff to arrange delivery at a time to suit you.
We use a dedicated motorcycle delivery company who will contact you to arrange the best time for delivery. Your Zippe comes ready to drive, with a manual should you have any questions or concerns.

"My Zippe scooter was delivered to me in the Forest of Dean on Friday night. I'm very pleased with the scooter, but I'm e-mailing because I was so impressed with the helpful and knowledgeable staff who delivered the scooter. It was 9.30 at night and all though they'd been on the go for 12 hours and still had a 4 or 5 hour drive a head of them they were cheerful and chatty, they went out of there way to explain how the bike worked etc.They are a real credit to you.
Another company that I considered buying an electric scooter from, were going to send me the bike flat packed by courier. Leaving me to try and persuade the courier to wait long enough to check the delivery or risk losing any warranty!!!"
