| Problem | Potential Reasons | Solutions | Further Assistance |
| You're twisting the throttle but there is no power to the motor | If the battery is showing as charged and there is power to the scooter (ie: lights and horn are working) but there is no power to the motor this could be due to a number of reasons; Your brakes are sticking a little Throttle Fault Controller Fault Wiring Fault Motor Fault | Check the brake light is off. If there is even the tiniest pressure on the brakes the throttle will be prevented from supplying power. With the ignition on, try spinning the back wheel. If there is resistance there it would appear to be a problem somewhere in the circuit. In the first instance we recommend wiring is checked by an auto electrician. Replacing the throttle and / or controller may also solve the problem | Contact the manufacturer stating your chassis number and model details above. Explain your problem and ask for their advice. Request a replacement throttle handle and voltage controller unit |
| Scooter won't charge | The charger is faulty or the wiring circuit within the scooter has become disconnected | Check the lights on the charger. Are they on? Check the fuse in the charger and charger plug. There is a small panel under the charging socket on your scooter behind which 2 clips connect the batteries to the charging socket. Are these securely clipped together? They may come lose during transit / riding | Contact the manufacturer explaining your problem and request a replacement charger as detailed above |
| There is power to the scooter and I can drive it but my lights and horn don't work | The DC / DC converter is responsible for dropping power from 48v to 12v to operate your lights and horn This can be found below the square panel in the footwell of your scooter A wiring fault could also be to blame | Replace the DC / DC converter | Explain your problem to the manufacturer and ask for a replacement DC/DC converter Please include photographs of the part you need where possible |
| My tyres are flat | Inflate your tyres to the pressure recommended on the tyre wall Check for a puncture | There are many puncture repair garages / mobile repair companies. Search Google to find one in your area | Replacement tyres are available from your local tyre supplier Details on sizes can be found on the wall of your tyre |
| Batteries won't travel the distance they used to | Your batteries may need replacing | Over time the maximum distance your batteries are capable of will decline There are ways to delay this Keep the batteries well charged even when your scooter is not in use. Try to charge your scooter often - at least once a week Top-up charge your scooter when you can. The batteries are NOT memory cell. Topping up will help, not damage them | For replacement batteries contact Greensaver - above Contact your local auto battery supplier with the specification sheet above to ensure your batteries match the originals |
| Body panels are cracked / damaged | Cracked panels can occasionally be fixed by a proffesional who can melt and mould the panel back together. Alternatively source a replacement | Send a picture of the panel you would like replacing and explain which side of the scooter the panel is attached to to the manufacturer. PLEASE NOTE: panels are NOT covered under warranty, there will be a charge for replacements | |
| Any other problems | Contact the manufacturer - details above |
