Upload your personal documents
Safety is important for us at Zippe, so we review and verify all of the required documents before you start driving with us.

Add vehicle and bank details
We need to know your vehicle information and review and verify this, so uploading vehicle documents is the next thing to do. We also want to ensure you're paid weekly, so be sure to add your payment information. Please allow up to 48 hours.
Start driving!
Once your profile is confirmed you’ll be up and running as a Zippe Driver! Remember our Driver support team can be found within the ‘Help & Support’ section within your app and are happy to help.

If you’re wondering how to be a taxi driver in the UK, the process is more straightforward than you might think. Generally, you need to be over 21, hold a full GB driving license for at least three years, and pass a DBS check. From there, you'll apply for a Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) license through your local council. At Zippe, we don't just offer a taxi driver job; we offer a partnership. We assist our applicants through the vetting process to ensure you get on the road as quickly as possible. Learn more about becoming a Driver.

To add your payment details, select the button at the top of main screen on the Driver APP (menu button)
Go into your Profile.
Select Bank Details (select the Pencil Icon), you will then be able to enter all of the required Bank Information.

You can view your payments in the Zippe Driver APP in your Wallet.
You will also be able to see your pay over different time periods and export your self-bills as and when you need them.

Runs that you have completed, can be seen in your Zippe Driver App.

To update your documents, open the Driver APP.
In the menu, select Profile
And next, select the document that you want to update, then upload the document by following the instructions on screen.

You can refer a Driver using the Zippe Driver Referral scheme. Get a driver to sign up quoting your driver alias at the point of sign up.
Your Driver Alias can be found on the main page of the Driver APP, when you log in - Located under your profile picture in your Profile.
