How can I view my runs?

Runs can be viewed in the Bookings section found in the menu in the top of the main screen in the app.

You will see all the required information before the run starts

How do I access my personal information held by Zippe?

You can access your information by logging into the Zippe Driver APP, all can be found in your profile.

How do I deactivate my account with Zippe?

We are sorry to hear that you want to deactivate your account with Zippe. If you'd like to leave us though, you can deactivate your account in the Zippe Driver APP.

Go into the Settings Section and select Delete Account.

How do I find out what my driver alias is?

Your Driver Alias can be found underneath your profile picture in your Profile.

How do I add my payment details?

To add your payment details, select the button at the top of main screen on the Driver APP (menu button)

  • Go into your Profile.

  • Select Bank Details (select the Pencil Icon), you will then be able to enter all of the required Bank Information.

How do I change my profile picture?

You can change your profile picture in the Zippe Driver APP, this is located in the top right hand corner of the main screen.

How do I know which students are travelling today?

Students travelling, and their collection addresses will be shown in your Zippe Driver App

How do I refer a driver?

You can refer a driver using the Zippe Driver Referral scheme. Get a driver to sign up quoting your driver alias at the point of sign up.

Your Driver Alias can be found on the main page of the Driver APP, when you log in - Located under your profile picture in your Profile.

How do I change my vehicle?

To change your vehicle or add a new vehicle, go into your Vehicles and begin by adding in your vehicle registration.

You will need to add a few more details and upload your vehicle Plate Paperwork and V5 log book.

How do I check my pay?

You can view your payments in the Zippe Driver APP in your Wallet.

You will also be able to see your pay over different time periods and export your self bills as and when you need them.

How do I remove my vehicle?

To remove your vehicle in your Driver APP, go into Vehicles in menu from the main screen.

Simply select the red bin next to the vehicle and you are done.

How do I see my completed runs?

Runs that you have completed, can be seen in your Zippe Driver App.

How do I update my documents?

  • To update your documents, open the Driver APP.

  • In the menu, select Profile

  • And next, select the document that you want to update, then upload the document by following the instructions on screen.
